FIELD: railway transport; electrical equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed control device has inverter to control electric motor driving electric vehicle, electric motor proposed design speed setting unit and regulator which controls operation of inverter basing of values of speed set by proposed design speed setting unit of electric motor. To set design speed of electric motor, electric vehicle speed signal is used in setting unit or signal measured by tachometer or acceleration sender. Moreover, proposed device has controller aimed at providing conditions for re-adhesion of wheel with rails at skidding or slipping by control of current setting signal determining skidding or slipping of electric vehicle basing on value of design speed. EFFECT: dispersing with tachometer measuring drive motor speed, and creating conditions for re-adhesion of vehicle wheels with rails. 13 cl, 7 dwg
