FIELD: medicine, pathophysiology, clinical oncohematology. SUBSTANCE: the method applies electrostimulant of gastro- intestinal tract designed as a medicinal capsule. The capsule's electrodes represent isolated parts of the mentioned one. Both an impulse generator and a supply unit are placed inside the capsule. The latter is put into cellular suspension to conduct electric impact upon cells in vitro. To obtain positive regulation of cellular growth in vitro an impact is carried out for about 5-60 min, not less. To obtain negative regulation of cellular growth in vitro - for about 180 min, not less. An impact is performed with impulse current at 5- 7 msec impulse duration, 9-16 mA current power and about 4.5 V tension amplitude between electrodes, not more. EFFECT: improved conditions to conduct electric impact upon cells being simultaneous, steady and approximate to physiological one, simplified conditions to obtain both positive and negative regulation of cellular growth in vitro, enhanced convenience of application. 3 cl, 4 tbl
