PLANT TO PROCESS DRILLING FLUID AND DRILLING SLIME Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: plant to process drilling fluid and drilling slime has screen, centrifuge, outgassing system, outlet system directing drilling fluid back into active system of drilling fluid and conveyer to transport drilling slime. Screen includes rotary drum which is mainly located in closed casing connected to vacuum pump. Lower part of rotary drum is positioned in trough coupled to vacuum pump and to gear- type pump intended to transport collected drilling fluid. Outgassing system includes ejector pump linked with its inlet to outlet of vacuum pump and coupled to closed casing. Material goes in continuous flow out of rotary drum connected through closed system of pipes to centrifuge located downstream. Weight section for drilling slime is coupled to centrifuge. EFFECT: diminished clogging of screen, improved protection of working personnel and increased recovery of drilling fluid from drilling slide. 3 cl, 1 dwg
