SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to plant, providing drilling fluid continuous circulation during drilling, and to circulation unit for said plant. In circulation unit housing includes central channel, intended to accommodate part of pipe; central channel is limited by upper and lower annular sealing elements, which rest against housing with possibility of rotation; sealing elements have central hole, which, during said sealing elements expansion, is made with possibility of closing or tightly covering pipe, resting against pipe by inner sealing surface; and shutoff valve in closed position forms leak-tight partition between upper and lower chambers in housing. Each of sealing elements is leak-tight connected with packer pipe made with possibility of rotation, projecting into corresponding chamber and surrounded by packer, which tightly adjoins to packer pipe periphery and to housing.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing drilling fluid continuous circulation during drilling, simplification of operation and maintenance, prevention drilling fluid mixing with working fluid supplied to sealing elements.
