FIELD: rocketry, in particular supersonic jet projectiles of the salvo-fire systems. SUBSTANCE: in the supersonic jet projectile having a body with an elongation of more than 20 calibers with centering bulges, rocket engine and tail fins, in contradistinction to the prototype, according to the invention, the centering bulges are made before the fins and the center of mass of the jet projectile and moved away from them at a distance not exceeding the caliber, the diameter of the bulges makes up 1.01 to 1.02 of the projectile diameter, and the width - 0.6 to 0.8 of the projectile diameter, and the value of the total impulse of the rocket engine is determined from relation: Jn/qn = K•H/X, where Jn - the value of the total impulse, kgf; qn - the passive mass of the jet projectile, kg; H - the span of the fins, mm; X - the distance from the center of mass of the jet projectile relative to the nose, mm; K - experimental coefficient equal to 0.7-1.0×1031/c.
