SUBSTANCE: the keratometer has a composite conical mirror, in which the conical mirrors are made in the form of sets of truncated cones with different slopes to the optical axis of the generating lines of the interior and exterior tapered surfaces. The central hole of the block of the conical mirrors with an exterior mirror coating is made in the form of a hollow truncated cone with an interior mirror coating. The common axis of all the conical mirrors is matched with the optical axis of the objective lens, positioned in whose focal surface is the system of measuring marks representing two luminous rings. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of measurements, simplified construction of the keratometer. 4 dwg
