FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: keratometer has light source, measurement mark, and conical mirror system comprising block of mirrors having internal surfaces covered with mirror coat and block of mirrors having external surfaces covered with mirror coat, with second of mentioned blocks of mirrors being positioned inside and in axial alignment with respect to first of mentioned blocks of mirrors. Central through mirror opening is formed in second of blocks of mirrors. Blocks are made with different inclination angles of generatrices of related mirror surfaces. Mirror surfaces are configured so as to simplify construction of keratometer, which is used for determining shape of outer surface of cornea. EFFECT: increased precision of measurements and provision for simultaneous reading of information over the entire cornea surface. 2 cl, 5 dwg
