Treatment mode is selected for preventing vitreous body fibrils destruction and causing circulation inside of the vitreous body to take place. Fibrinolytic agent is injected under the conjunctiva after performing surgical intervention. EFFECT: full-scale hemophthalmia resorption; reduced risk for destructive formation, detachment of the retina and repeated hemorrhages to arise.
