FIELD: cosmetology, dermatology. SUBSTANCE: the innovation refers to the new oil-in-water emulsions: 1) at least, one derivative of 1,3,5- triazine; and 2) at least, one polyalkylpolyether- siloxane which has polyoxyalkylized groups grafted to the main silicone- containing chain under condition that mentioned emulsions contain no cetylstearyltrimethylammonium chloride. It, also, refers to application of such emulsions to prepare cosmetic and dermatological compositions for skin and/or hair photoprotection, and/or other human keratin materials, such as eyelashes, eyebrows or nails against ultraviolet radiation, sun radiation, in particular, and, also, to application of 1,3,5-triazine derivatives as a stabilizing agent to obtain the above-mentioned emulsion. The innovation enables to obtain cosmetic and dermatological compositions of high absorptive properties towards ultraviolet rays. EFFECT: improved stability by not using the traditional surface-active emulsifiers. 28 cl, 6 ex
