FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: composition contains (wt parts): suspension polyvinylchloride (100), plasticizer: phthalate based on n-butyl alcohol or beta-ethylhexyl alcohol and phthalic anhydride production (by vapor-phase o-xylene or naphthalene oxidation) waste taken from top section of distillation column and containing 65-98% phthalic anhydride, 0.1-10% maleic anhydride, 0.9- 25% benzoic acid, 0.1- 1% citraconic anhydride, and nonidentified products (50-120), epoxide resin (1.5-5), metal- containing stabilizer (1.5-10), lubricant (0.1-1.3), and diphenylolpropane (0.1-0.5).
