SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sizing compositions for paper fabricated under alkaline conditions, which is employed for manufacturing high-rapidity photocopies, envelops, library cards, and print papers. Composition is liquid substance at temperatures between 20 and 35 C and includes mixture of 2- oxetane compounds. It is prepared by interaction of mixture of fatty acids or their halides, containing 10 to 85 mol % saturated fatty acid or its halide and 15 to 90 mol % unsaturated fatty acid or its halide.
