FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out the first puncture into the anterior leaflet of musculus rectus abdominis sheath using surgical needle2.5-3.0 cm remote from wound mouth. The needle is brought out from the anterior leaflet of musculus rectus abdominis sheath 1.5-2.0 cm remote from wound mouth on the same side of the wound. Then, another puncture is carried out into the anterior leaflet of musculus rectus abdominis sheath 0.5-1.0 cm remote from wound mouth and thread is conducted to the point where exit puncture through peritoneum covering posterior leaflet of musculus rectus abdominis sheath is done at the same distance from the wound mouth. Then, the next puncture is carried out into the peritoneum covering posterior leaflet of musculus rectus abdominis sheath 2.5-3.0 cm remote from wound mouth on the opposite side. The thread is brought through the musculus rectus abdominis making exit puncture at the same distance through the anterior leaflet of musculus rectus abdominis sheath. The last puncture is done on the same side of the wound into the anterior leaflet of musculus rectus abdominis sheath 1.0-1.5 cm remote from wound mouth. The thread is brought through the white line tissues and exit puncture is made at the same distance through the posterior leaflet of the musculus rectus abdominis sheath. The thread ends are tightened to join uniform tissues. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented recurrence of the disease. 1 dwg
