FIELD: grain grinding processes. SUBSTANCE: proposed laboratory grinder has housing, rotor and sieve ferrule secured on chuck plate mounted for rotation around axis of rotor bounded by torque measuring units. Sieve ferrule is placed in housing secured on bed frame; it is provided with inlet branch pipe coaxial with rotor and outlet branch pipe. At least one strain-sensitive element is mounted on external surface of sieve ferrule; it is made in form of thin flexible rectangular plate bent till loss of stability of sieve ferrule in circumferential direction and held in this position by means of stops. Clearance between housing and chuck plate is sealed up by soft airtight hose. EFFECT: possibility of adequate modeling of grain grinding processes; avoidance of errors in making various measurements. 2 cl, 2 dwg
