FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: grain grinder has inlet device for supplying grain onto rotor impeller. Supplied grain is thrown onto sieve shell and accelerated by air flow created by rotor impeller. Grain flow is disposed in space between ends of rotor blades and sieve shell. Grain is ground by collision of grain against sieve shell and rods, as well as due to friction against shell surface. Ground grain is directed through sieve shell under the action of inertial force and air flow pressure and discharged from grinder through discharge branch pipe. Construction of grinder allows rotor balancing during prolonged operation time to be maintained. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
