FIELD: power and heat generation for oil fields and other production enterprises. SUBSTANCE: plant has flare system with load-bearing structure incorporating gas header connected to group of vertical gas pipes each provided with gas nozzle at outlet in the form of contraction, mixing chamber, taut struts, and truss-forming members. Flare system also has stabilizer which is common for all gas pipes and is made in the form of swirl generator, as well as ignition torch, and fittings. Swirl generator is equipped with heat shield arranged over its perimeter; it has deflector baffle and houses pipes tilted towards center and welded with water and steam headers; steam-carrying pipes communicate with turbine. The latter communicates through throttling device with feedwater tanks by means of steam line. Turbine, generator, circulating and feedwater pumps are mounted on common shaft. Propeller blades used for blowing water coolers are provided on butt ends of this shaft. Water coolers are joined by means of pipes with circulating pumps and tanks constituting feedwater cooling loop. EFFECT: enhanced profitability of oil fields and other production enterprises due to heat recovery provision. 1 cl, 2 dwg
