FIELD: vibroacoustic diagnostics of mechanisms and machines. SUBSTANCE: invention can be employed to measure noise of gear train. Noise measuring device includes data-storage medium and recording and playback magnetic heads. Data-storage medium and recording and playback magnetic heads are mounted for rotation with variable speed. Reproduction signals are fed into band-pass filters with fixed average transmission frequency. Signals from band-pass filters go to non-inverting inputs of comparators whose inverting inputs are connected to zero. Device also has comparison circuits whose inputs are connected to output of unit of standard voltages and to outputs of band-pass filters. Signals from outputs of comparators and comparison circuits are converted to digital form and are displayed on indicators of indication unit. EFFECT: possibility of determination of deviation of phases between two spectral components and of detection of parts and units in which errors and defects emerge. 1 dwg
