SUBSTANCE: in particular, invention relates to hydrocarbon fuels based on oil-containing waste processing products and to production processes for secondary fuel and fuel composition based on indicated processing products. Secondary fuel is prepared from oil-containing wastes constituting mixture of water and petroleum derivatives via primary and secondary settlings of mixture at cyclic heating and cooling followed by two or more separation steps. Separation of mixture into fractions during the second settling step is facilitated by demulsifier. Preparation of fuel composition consists in mixing secondary fuel (oil-containing waste processing products) with one or several primary petroleum processing products having different viscosities.
