FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has four rings fixable on the first permanent molars and the first maxillary deciduous dentition molars (the first deciduous dentition premolars). The rings are connected to each other with bars soldered to their palatal surfaces. The bars envelop the palatal surface of the second deciduous dentition molars (the second deciduous dentition premolars). Horizontal tubes are soldered to the ring external surfaces over the first permanent molars. Removable arch is to be fastened on the tubes. The arch has locking curvatures in front of entrances to the horizontal tubes. The arch is set 2 mm apart from the external surfaces of maxillary teeth. The arch is fixable with metal ligatures to non-removable members (brackets) in its middle part. The brackets are glued the external surfaces of the upper central incisors. Plastic alveolar dental pelot is tightly attached to them from the palatal surface and to the frontal fragment of the hard palate. Anterior processes of expansion screw are welded into the pelot base. The screw is positioned in median plane at the level of the first permanent premolars. The screw is connected to the first permanent premolars by means of bars, and to the first permanent molar rings by means of posterior processes. EFFECT: wide range of medical applications. 3 dwg
