SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for application in orthodontic treatment for distalisation of lateral group of maxillary teeth. Metal cast crown with soldered with silver-palladium solder lock-bracket on vestibular surface and lingual button on palatal surface is fixed on the second molar of maxilla. Bracket-system is placed on maxilla. Orthodontic 10-12 mm long mini-implant is installed in area of maxillary tuberosity at the stage of full-sized steel arcs in such a way that implant axis is parallel to tooth axis, and head of implant is oat the level of bracket slot located on crown of second maxillary molar. Elastic traction is applied from second molar bracket to mini-implant and further to lingual button with the following alternate frame detalisation of lateral group of teeth.

EFFECT: method of elimination of second molar extrusion and necessity of replacing implant makes it possible to carry out distalisation of lateral group of maxillary teeth group with destructed crown part of second maxillary molar without additional equipment, as well as to ensure stability of distally displaced teeth at the stage of retraction of front group of teeth.
