FIELD: organic chemistry, polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention describes synthetic antigen based on copolymers of N-vinylpyrrolidone, crotonic acid, p- crotonoylaminophenol containing covalently bound 3-hydroxyanthranilic acid as hapten and having the general structural formula (I) with molecular mass from 11 000 to 25 000 Da; m = 84.00-88.5 mole%; n = 7.5-12.5 mole%; p = 1.5-3.7 mole%; l = 1.8-3.8 mole%. Schedule of synthesis involves diazotization reaction of 3-hydroxyanthranilic acid and azo coupling reaction of synthesized diazonium salt with copolymer of N- vinylpyrrolidone, crotonic acid and crotonoylaminophenol. Synthetic antigen of the claimed structure has endogenous carcinogenic substance, 3-hydroxyanthranilic acid, as hapten and used in immunochemical investigations for detection of the enhanced oncological risk.
