FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbine plants. SUBSTANCE: proposed gas-turbine plant has compressor, combustion chamber, gas generator turbine, free turbine with drive shaft, heat exchanger-boiler and three heat exchangers. First heat exchanger is made in form of hollow box-shaped outer housing of compressor. Second heat exchanger is installed in ring part of duct between compressor stages being made in form of hollow streamlined ribs uniformly spaced over circumference. Third heat exchanger is made in form of hollow box-shaped outer housing of combustion chamber. Heat exchanger-boiler consists of outer and inner ring heat exchangers, each being made in form of hollow duct, and interconnected by shaped hollow ribs uniformly spaced in passage part between exhaust duct housings. Inlet of first heat exchanger is connected with water supply manifold from pump and its outlet is connected to inlet manifold of second heat exchanger. Inner space of outlet part of second heat exchanger is connected with space of outlet manifold connected with inner space of inlet manifold of third heat exchanger. Space of outlet manifold of third heat exchanger is connected with inner space of inlet manifold of heat exchanger-boiler which is connected with manifold of inner ring heat exchanger. Outlet of outer ring heat exchanger is connected with outlet manifold of heat exchanger-boiler which is connected with manifold- steam distributor whose inner space is connected with cooled spaces of turbine and with manifold installed on inner surface of combustion chamber housing.
