APPARATUS FOR CLEANING HEATING SCREEN OF BOILER Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: cleaning of heat exchange apparatuses at operation, possibly in power production industry for cleaning heating screens of boilers. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes embrasure mounted on boiler wall and having shutter, hydraulic monitor with nozzle whose axis passes through center of embrasure; shut-off valve arranged in foundation, mechanism for horizontal scanning having motor, reduction gear mounted on levers with articulation joints placed on boiler wall in such a way that their horizontal common axis passes through center of embrasure; microswitch unit. Mechanism for horizontal scanning is joined with hydraulic monitor by means of bracket and it is joined with crankshaft of mechanism for vertical scanning by means of tie rod and shackle. On output shaft of mechanism for vertical scanning additional cam is mounted for engaging by its profiled portion through levers with shut-off valve having leverage system for opening shutter. Shut-off valve and shutter are opened automatically by means of the same motor. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency of apparatus. 1 dwg
