SUBSTANCE: valving device comprises housing and valving member. The valving member is mounted on the cantilevers connected with the rotating shaft of the actuator of the valving member mounted in the housing. The actuator is made of a screw gear. The screw of the screw gear is mounted in the housing for permitting rotation. The nut is mounted for permitting the linear movement along the screw and provided with screw groove. The rotating shaft is spring-loaded with respect to the nut, and the screw groove is in a contact with the pin. The pin is locked in the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft and the nut are axially aligned, and the nut can move in the housing. The nut has the flange with groove for receiving the spring and groove for key. The key is secured to the housing of the valving member.
