FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making corneal incision in the quadrant disposed opposite to the iridodialysis slit. Viscoprotector member is first introduced through the incision slit into the anterior chamber. Then, spatula and endolaser end piece are introduced. Iris root is pressed against sclera and laser coagulation is carried out in turn along the anatomical zone of iris fixation. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in eliminating defect; reduced risk of secondary glaucoma, inflammation and subatrophy occurrence.
