FIELD: fire alarm signaling. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to thermal fire alarm of maximum action. It can also be employed to detect fire by rise of ambient temperature in place of installation of thermal fire alarm. Increased functional reliability of thermal fire alarm is achieved by change of principle of action and design of sensitive element. Sensitive element of fire alarm comes in the form of three-layer plate and is connected with butt parts to rigid metal conductors which are electrically connected to output electric contacts of fire alarm. Most important feature of fire alarm lies in use of special superconducting material YBa2Ag3Se7 in sensitive element which markedly changes its conduction by factor of 105,106 at temperature of 99 99±1 C.
