FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring the number of heart beats per 1 min (one cycle) without loading and taking it as reference value for setting session duration and loading magnitude. The real session duration is determined when the heart works under loading conditions, by taking into account the total number of heart contractions per session. Mechanical braking force applied to bicycle ergometer pedals is automatically reduced cycle-by-cycle until it vanishes. The last cycle impulse coming, electronic timer started at the beginning of the session is switched off. The timer-recorded time is compared to one prescribed for the session. The time difference is interpreted as the main criterion for evaluating cardiovascular system state. EFFECT: excluded overloading in heart work+ADs- improved heart condition control. 1 dwg
