METHOD OF COMPLEX ASSESSMENT OF CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM VALUES IN PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PEOPLE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B5/02 G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2672934 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely cardiology, and can be used to assess the cardiovascular system in persons with hearing problems in adaptive football. Serum, magnesium is examined in people with hearing problems, in the context of adaptive football. Perform echocardioscopic examination and veloergometry. At magnesium values in the blood serum from 0.8 to 1.2 mmol/l, the absence of pathology in echocardioscopic examination and in veloergometry with the achievement of the maximum stage over a period of up to 21 minutes, the condition of the cardiovascular system of people with hearing problems is assessed as satisfactory and continues the program of physical rehabilitation with the help of adaptive football. At magnesium values of no more than 0.7 mmol/l, registration of small heart anomalies with echocardioscopy, as a result of veloergometry, the maximum power is not achieved, irregularities in the rhythm are recorded: migration of the supraventricular pacemaker, supraventricular, ventricular extrasystole, supraventricular tachycardia, abnormality of myocardial repolarization, sub-maximal heart rate achieved before the maximum load power and 21 minutes earlier, the condition of people with hearing problems is assessed as unsatisfactory and temporarily suspended from employment by adaptive football.

EFFECT: method allows for effective, informative and accessible monitoring of the cardiovascular system in people with hearing problems who are engaged in adaptive football by evaluating the complex of the most significant indicators.
