FIELD: medicine, gynecology, endocrinology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with treating conditions in gonadosteroid- dependent women. For this purpose an antagonist as gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) is injected by titrating the dosage of the latter so to be efficient in inhibiting endometrial proliferation, but insufficient to decrease endogenic estrogen up to castration level. Practically, such a dosage titration is made to provide an average level of blood serum estradiole being 30-50 pg/ml. EFFECT: higher efficiency to treat mentioned conditions, such as endometriosis at developing no complications as a result of therapeutic castration. 23 cl, 1 tbl, 2 fig
