FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention describes the contraception method wherein estrogen and progestogen are administrated every day in tree-phase sequence for 21 day. On the first phase the combination of estrogen and progestogen is administrated for 5-8 days in low but effective for contraception every day dose corresponding by estrogenic activity to 23-28 mcg of 17α-ethinylestradiol and by progestogenic activity to 0.065-0.75 mg of norethindrone followed by administration the same dose of estrogen and dose of progestogen for 7-11 days corresponding by progestogenic activity to 0.25-1.0 mg of norethindrone followed by administration the same dose estrogen and dose of progestogen for 3-7 days corresponding by progestogenic activity to 0.35-2.0 mg of norethindrone and the following breaking in administration of both estrogen and progestogen for 4-8 days.
