FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: the inhaler has a body stretched between the two ends, outlet on one of the mentioned ends, aspirating tube on the other end and an inhalation duct inside the body providing for communication of gaseous atmosphere between the aspirating tube and the outlet. The aspirating tube has a shape and dimensions providing for its insertion in the blister containing powder in such a way that drawing- out of air through the inhaler body is accompanied by drawing-out of powder from the blister through the aspirating tube and inhalation duct and from the outlet. The inhalation duct inlet is formed in the aspirating tube, and around of only part of the duct inlet provision is made for a cutter for cutting the film covering the blister around of only part of the duct inlet. At least one intake through duct is stretched between the through duct inlet located in length of the aspirating tube and the outlet of the through duct adjoining the duct inlet, which provides for inflow of air in the blister and blister packages distinguished in accordance with their orientation and/or content.
