FIELD: repair of armor protection of combat vehicles. SUBSTANCE: external recess is made in plug, plastic explosive is put into recess and plug is installed in prepared hole of armor plate. After it plastic explosive is blasted. After blast on side of supporting plate space of prepared hole is filled with clay which is fixed and sealed by means of bar welded to plug from inside, spacer, armor strap and nut.
