FIELD: continuous flow line producing decorated printed matter, production of lottery tickets of various types. SUBSTANCE: given complex includes line of pre-printing preparation which incorporates exposing unit, washing machine, drying machine and finishing equipment, line printing half-finished material incorporating module section with reel-out device, cleaning unit and device automatically testing tension of cloth and adjusting cloth edge as well as system of supply of half-finished material incorporating section of insert of paper, section with main drive and die-cutting units, section of transmission with device removing and taking away waste, winding section, table to lay out units, drying machine, printing module, unit of ink circulation and feed with the aid of pump, cooling unit, additional section to supply pressboard cloth, unit printing from reverse side of cloth, unit for longitudinal cutting of cloth and edges, device to suck off waste paper after cloth cutting, device for lateral cutting of cloth into sheets and for shape punching of half-finished material for tickets, output conveyer, counter of manufactured half-finished tickets and video control unit. After this section complex divides into five lines producing tickets of various types. Line bringing in game combinations is meant to produce lottery tickets of instant drawing with erasable protective layer and is fitted with additional device providing for various degree of protection of lottery tickets from forgery and with reading unit testing lottery tickets. Line producing lottery tickets of instant drawing of envelope type includes device that perforates, scores and cut sheets into half-finished material for lottery tickets, folding machine producing envelopes, device to bond and seal envelopes and numbering machine. Line producing lottery tickets of instant drawing with detachable slots is fitted with device that perforates, cuts and punches game slots and numbering machine. Line producing circulated lottery tickets is equipped with device numbering and specifying circulation. Line producing circulated lottery tickets with fields of instant drawing is fitted with device for application of game fields with erasable coats in addition to device numbering and specifying circulation. Besides that last four lines are provided with devices checking and re-counting finished products, packing units and microprocessors with programmable control. EFFECT: increased productivity of process of production of lottery tickets, improved quality of produced products, raised degree of protection of lottery tickets from forgery, capability of production of lottery tickets of various types, provision for optimal control over production process at all stages. 1 dwg
