SUBSTANCE: system designed for rendering navigation support to ground, airspace, and space users of navigation information makes use of high-, medium- and low-altitude echelons of navigation space vehicles as well as certain versions of their formation in altitude and to inclined orbits which provides for high-precision location of coordinates of navigation information users using differential method for coordinate determination.
