FIELD: radio navigation, radio navigation determination of speed of moving object as user of radio navigation information of space navigation system. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in increased precision of radio navigation finding of speed of moving object under differential mode under effects of unfavorable geometric factor by way of employment of correlation of random errors of evaluation of components of speed of object formed in own navigation hardware of user, corrections to components of speed formed by control and correction station and random errors of evaluations of rate of change of time corrections to time scales of navigation hardware of user and control and correction station. Device includes first, second , third and fourth units of airborne package of navigation spacecraft, first unit of navigation hardware of user, first unit accounting for correlation of evaluations of navigation hardware of user, second unit of navigation hardware of user, second unit accounting for correlation of evaluations of navigation hardware of user, unit calculating corrections, unit correcting components of speed of object, modulator, demodulator, transmitter, first and second antennas.
