FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves irrigation water accumulating and supplying cycles, which are combined with preparing in measuring cylinder of fixed volume of chemicals solution during irrigation cycle; providing discrete metering thereof. Discrete metering of chemicals is conducted at free overflowing and repeated mixing of mentioned volume of chemicals with solutions in accumulator. Apparatus has irrigation water accumulator 1, chemical container 3 made in the form of closed volume. Measuring cylinder 7 is located in upper part of chemical container 3, which is positioned below accumulator 1. Bellows 12 is located inside accumulator 1. Container 3 is in fluid communication with accumulator 1 in the zone proximate to suction branch pipe of bellows 12.
