FIELD: inorganic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ammonium nitrate with stabilizing supplements. Method involves addition of nitric acid extract obtained by decomposition of phosphorus-containing raw with nitric acid to ammonium nitrate solution, neutralization of mixture, its evaporation and granulation. Preliminary part of calcium is isolated from nitric acid extract to the ratio Ca/P2O5 = 0.3-0.1 and amount of added supplement is 1 % of P2O5, not less, as measured for ready product. Calcium is isolated from nitric acid extract by polythermic crystallization of calcium nitrate tetrahydrate. Method ensures to delay the decomposition of ammonium nitrate melt at prolonged heating and enhance stability of granules to temperature changes in the range 20-50 C by 3-5 times determined by number of cycles heating-cooling when granule strength value is decreased by 50%.
