FIELD: measurement of parameters of spark discharge in sparking plugs. SUBSTANCE: meter includes voltage divider, comparator, clock pulse generator, time selector, counter, storage, storage control unit, decoder, digital indication unit. Output of voltage divider is connected to input of comparator, output of the latter is linked to first input of time selector, to second input of the latter clock pulse generator is connected. Output of comparator is also attached to controlling input of counter and to input of storage control unit. Output of the latter is attached to controlling input of storage, output of time selector is connected to counting input of counter and output of the latter is linked to information input of storage. Output of storage is connected to input of decoder and output of the latter is attached to digital indication unit. EFFECT: high-precision digital-form measurement of duration preparatory stage of each discharge pulse in series of discharges in semiconductor sparking plugs of capacitive ignition systems.. 2 dwg
