SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding seed in uniform layer into electrode air spacing defined by horizontal potential electrode and earthened electrode; exposing seeds to electrostatic field and ionized air, which is passed through seed layer. Space between seed layer and potential electrode is set within the range of 1-1.5 cm. EFFECT: simplified seed treatment process and improved quality of treated seeds.
