FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves puncturing and removing the contents, washing the cavity and administering cyclophosphan at a dose of 5 mg/1 ml of evacuated exudate. A catheter which internal diameter is not less than 1.5 mm is additionally introduced into the hygroma cavity, to discharge the hygroma contents and to make cavity washing. The cavity washing is carried out once a day during 5 days with trypsin solution at a dose of 5 mg. Hydrocortisone is additionally administered. EFFECT: excluded recidivation occurred in postoperative period.
