FIELD: petroleum chemistry. SUBSTANCE: an aqueous resinous suspension-emulsion is prepared by mixing viscous resinous composition formed by at least inorganic solid substances and, optionally, by water, at least one surface-active reagent with hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value at least about 10 and, optionally, one thickening water-soluble polymer with molecular mass above about 10 000 Da. Relative amounts of components water, surface-active reagent and, optionally, thickening water-soluble polymer provide viscosity value of the mixture 1/10 of viscosity value of the mentioned resin. Invention describes also method of regeneration of sulfuric acid, method or liquefaction of resins and their removal. Invention is used for treatment of containers used for transportation, pipelines and tanks for storage.
