FIELD: building constructions, devices for fulfillment of falsework in manufacture, preferably, of monolithic building members. SUBSTANCE: a frame of flat profiles made of an aluminum alloy is positioned on one side of the form panel. Located between the profiles of the first type, at least between two parallel ones, are at least three profiles of the second type. The profile of the first type in cross-section has the shape of a rectangle. Made on one of the extensive sides is a recess in the form of a right angle with equal sides located from the middle of the extensive side in the direction of the shorter side and directed towards the second extensive side of the profile. A groove is made on the second extensive side of the profile on the outer side. The profile of the second type represents a double-T shape, with stops made on the ends faces of its parallel members, the width of the shape parallel members between the second stops makes up 35 to 45 mm and equals the length of the section of the second stops up to the first bend at a right angle.
