PROCESS OF TREATMENT OF FACE ZONE OF WELL Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: oil industry, operations intended to intensify productivity of wells. SUBSTANCE: perforated container with sealed capsules filled with alkali, alkali-earth metal or alloy on its base is sunk on face of well on tubing string while face zone of well is under treatment. Acidic solution is delivered on to face of well. Perforated container and hole clearance on face of well are filled with acidic solution. Technological soaking is conducted till jackets of sealed capsules break. Then well fluid contacts alkali, alkali-earth metal or alloy on its base and products of reaction are forced into face zone of well. Compound or single-piece capsules with central hole are utilized in the capacity of sealed capsules. With loading of sealed capsules into perforated container column of sealed capsules in the from of tube is formed. Column of sealed capsules is set at some distance from bottom of container to allow fluid to pass between bottom of container and lower part of column of sealed capsules. With filling of perforated container and hole clearance on face of well with acidic solution flow of acidic solution is organized through central holes of sealed capsules, between bottom of container and lower part of column of sealed capsules, between sealed capsules and walls of perforated container.
