PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE OF SEALED CAPSULE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: oil industry, manufacture of sealed capsules to treat oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of sealed capsule includes placement of blanks made of alkali, alkali- earth metal or alloy based on it into mould. Then internal part of sealed capsule is formed by prepressing moulding. After this blank is placed into metal jacket and metal jacket is sealed. Sealed capsule has shaped of semi-cylinder with internal part having form of half-round bar with longitudinal axial recess. In process of prepressing moulding of internal part of sealed capsule first half-round bar is formed. Then punch in the form of round bar or cylinder forms longitudinal axial recess in half-round bar. Punch in the form of round bar or cylinder is turned while forming longitudinal recess. Internal part of sealed capsule is rubbed with wiping material moistened in organic compound containing hydroxyl. EFFECT: increased adaptability to manufacture and reliability of capsule sealing. 4 dwg
