FIELD: offshore platforms applicable for location of geological prospecting and producing equipment in development of mineral material resources of shelf of world ocean. SUBSTANCE: offshore platform includes frame with supports and anchor made in form of U-shaped post embracing the frame and hinged with it by lower ends, and connected with its upper part with craft by means of cable. Platform is distinguished by the fact that it has pontoon with controlled buoyancy connected with frame supports with help of stabilization mechanism. The latter is made in from of extensible power cylinders, three as a minimum, preferably hydraulic, and whose ends are rigidly connected to frame supports and hinged to pontoon, preferably, by ball joints. Besides, pontoon is made in form of tore from shaped members and pipe lengths. In this case, internal surface of tore is separated into compartments isolated from one another, and one part of which is used for location of working agent of extensible power cylinders with which they are connected through hydraulic drives. Frame is made from members of arch structure in form of truncated trihedral pyramid and supports of Y-shaped structure and rigidly secured to frame. In this case, secured in upper part of frame are buoyancy members, for instance, blocks of polyurethane foam. Internal sizes of frame exceed overall dimensions of geological prospecting and producing equipment. In addition, U-shaped post is provided with large lugs secured to its lower part. In this case, longitudinal axes of large lugs are located in same plane with longitudinal axes of each post leg. EFFECT: prevented emergency situations associated with loss and overturning of equipment under storm conditions and in drift of craft, provision of drilling of vertical wells irrespective of bottom relief. 5 cl, 4 dwg
