FIELD: biological engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has sealed box with cover closing the sealed box with fastening bolt. All members are manufactured from stainless steel. Electronic circuit having two oscillators, amplifier, matching unit and electronic key. The first oscillator output is connected to the second oscillator input the second oscillator output is connected to amplifier through matching unit. Electronic key is connected to the first oscillator input for maintaining the selected time distribution in sending signals. Power supply source is arranged inside of the sealed box supporting uninterrupted operation of the device for imitating fish sounds. Power supply source switch manufactured from stainless steel as a pin with a nut is mounted into the sealed box cover. Cable joining the amplifier and spherical piezo-ceramic head with positive buoyancy member attached to it. The device produces sounds positively acting upon fishes and is usable as acoustic bait.
