FIELD: agriculture, animal science, fodder production. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with feeding both the suckling and early weaned piglets (10-26 d) at industrial swinebreeding complexes, farms and rented associations. The suggested fodder includes plant-originated components (corn, oat flakes and soybean oil meal), fish meal, dried skimmed milk, premix and, additionally, it contains vegetable fat and dicalcium phosphate at the following ratio of components, weight%: corn 7.0-18.0, oat flakes 36.0-30.0, soybean oil meal 11.0-9.0, fish meal 7.0-6.0, dried skimmed milk 32.0-30.0, premix KC-3 1.0-1.0, vegetable fat 5.2-5.2, dicalcium phosphate 0.8-0.8. The usage of the fodder mixture suggested for suckling piglets aged 10-26 d enables to obtain healthy youngsters at their higher safety (by 8-11%), productivity, average daily body weight gains (by 20- 30%) along with lower fodder expenses (by 4- 6%) against a control. It is, also, recommended to apply a prestarter N1 in case of gastrointestinal diseases in piglets or for sick sows. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl, 1 ex _
