FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for application in agriculture, fodder production and relates to weaned piglet feeding at industrial pig-breeding facilities, farming and collective enterprises. The additive for piglet fodder contains vegetable oil - 12-13 wt %, chalky flour - 4-5 wt %, defluorinated phosphate - 15-16 wt %, culinary salt - 4.0-4.5 wt %, a vitamin-and-mineral complex - 2-3 wt %, synthetic amino acids: lysine - 5-6 wt %, threonine - 2.5-3.0 wt %, methionine - 2.0-2.3 wt %, soyabean meal - balance. The additive, in an amount of 9-10% of the basic diet containing grains, is additionally fed to a piglet at an age from 60 to120 days.
EFFECT: said additive application in the heterotic piglet diet enhances intensity of their growth, meat quality due to gain in bulk and flesh weight as well as due to protein content increase and reduction of fat yield in the bulk.
