FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: remedy has disinfecting agent and water. The disinfection agent has polyhexamethylene guanidine hydro chloride or polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrophosphate as the first ingredient and alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride or its mixture with quaternary ammonium salts of dimethylamine and/or ternary amine as the second ingredient. Mass ratio m of the first and the second ingredient belongs to an interval of 5:1<m≤10:11,2, their contents in % by mass being equal to 1.5 to 6.0 and 0.15 to 1.2, respectively.
