SUBSTANCE: method for preparing a disinfecting agent involves dissolving quaternary ammonium compounds in water in the presence of guanidines as an active additive. The guanidine aqueous solution in the concentration 1-15% is prepared at the constant stirring and temperature 30-90°C, solution is cooled and formation of a precipitate is controlled. After termination of the process of precipitate formation the solution is filtered by using filter with cells size 1-10 mcm followed by addition of quaternary ammonium compounds and their concentration in solution is brought about to 0.1-3%. Invention provides the simple method for preparing the effective disinfecting agent.
