FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in isolation of formations in well during its casing. SUBSTANCE: device includes a hollow body with at least one radial hole. Said hole is closed with a hollow shear pin. There is a hydraulically actuated packer. Bushing is installed in the device body and forms with it a circular hollow against the body radial hole. There is also means for breakage of the hollow shear pin. The device has a spring-loaded working bushing located in the circular cavity accommodating the switch for changing over of the device positions. The switch is engageable with the working bushing and made in the form of the circular bushing with a shaped recess on bushing generator and a pin. The pin one end is rigidly connected with body, while the other, is located in shaped recess for the switch moving with turning relative to it in accordance with a code of shaped recess in increase or release of pressure in the body. The working bushing may reciprocate when the device is switched from transportation to working position with extension of the packer sealing member to position with deviation of the packer from hydraulic pressure in well.
